Board of Directors

Canadian Airport Authorities are required by the Public Accountability Principals to have a Board of Directors appointed through a process acceptable to the Local / Regional Municipal Governments and the Government of Canada. The majority of the directors are to be nominated by the local regional governments, the federal and provincial governments; other directors are to be nominated by business or socio-economic organizations such as Chamber of Commerce. The Board of Directors is representative of the community and of individuals who have experience in a variety of areas.
